Most professional, trustworthy shop in Richmond!

Excellent service, clean shop, friendly customer service

My car was leaking Oil at an alarming rate, and my inspection was 5 months over due. I took my car to a shop (which shall remain nameless) last year to get inspected, and they charged my $900 for a motor mounts. That same shop was asking for $150 to diagnose my current oil leak issue, whereas Wallace only charges around $90 for diagnostics! Wallace was able to fix my oil leak, inspect my car (including... yep you guessed another freaking motor mount), which was so much cheaper than at the shop that shall not be named. All in all great customer service, exceptional work, reasonable prices, and trust-worthy mechanics

Wallace Automotive in Chesterfield is the best. From Ted and Ben at the front and the technicians doing the work you will be treated fairly and honestly. I have called them with car issues when I was on vacation and felt confident with the advice I was given. Give them a chance, you'll be pleasantly surprised.

Wallace was great to work with. It was easy to schedule a time, drop off after hours, and pick up after hours. They were very communicative each step of the process. I had a very involved repair on an older car that they fixed with three days. I will definitely use them again.

Check in was quick, efficient and the two gentlemen,at the desk, are very knowledgeable and pleasant. When my car was ready I was ecstatic to have my vehicle fully functioning again.
